- Hotel Facilities. There's nothing much to see in Batam as you can explore the city only in 1 day. If you are traveling with children, you don't need to go anywhere to entertain the kids. Just stay at the hotel.

Absolutely loved everything. The room was huge and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very quiet, with us being the only ones in the pool. Having said that, when we went for breakfast the dining room was full. I think most of the guests were there for business. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay there again.

The reception staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. We even got a free beer and crysanthenum tea delivered to our room to thank us for staying. The attached spa/massage operator was also very helpful and friendly, although we didn't take up her offer. We were too tired and missed the free breakfast, but it's still nice that it's included.
The hallways are kept clean and the hotel is well kept. It's not sparkling new or anything, but it's liveable.
