We were upgraded to a room with view Located on top of the hills where view is the best part of the hotel. Check in was prompt, the bell hop was great. Awesome pool. Breakfast choice is limited but tue taste is very good. Taxi is always available for you to get around the city costing around RP50,000. The scenery is wonderful, able to see day & night veiw of Batam. The staff are friendly & approachable. Is consider affordable as the room is also spacious & comfortable. It provide free shuttle bus to Nagoya Hill shopping mall & Mega Mall (alternative date) which is good.

Spa was cheap and fantastic. i like the crown vista staff,all very kindly!. We wish to thank e staff that made our room deco! It was a simple yet sweet deco for my husband's surprise. We requested for an early check in n we were glad that the room was ready despite having to put up with the decorations! Friendly staff. I think it was Mr. David, that specially came to us while we were having lunch to ask us how was e room n for an early check in. The live band was nice to sing us our requested song.Didnt remembered their names! Thank u! Overall, we enjoyed the stay. Tha. The staff was friendly and helpfull, especially the second day. Nice hotell with a nice view. The view of the city. The only thing that is goodbis the superb view of batam since the hotel is on a hillside. The room service food was good. Love the spa village. Very calming and reasonable price. saya suka kolam renangnya. nothing really impressed me hence I will definitely rule out staying another time at crown vista. During the swim, it feels a lil awkward when the pool attendants sitting directly watching and when we are done with the swim, we ask for towel byt was not allow to bring up to our room which left us wet and cold rushing back to our room. Need to be prepared to spend miney on taxi or hire a driver to drive you around as the hotel is acessible only by car and you cant expect to walk up and down the hill. Breakfast included -> The food wise ok, not very great. Variety average! As some of the food keep ran out especially drink which is the most important, I don't know is lack of staff or what.. The restocking is slow.. The drink & cup no more, they should be more alert to refill as soon as possible. The shuttle bus not on time. The hotel facilities was a bit boring. To be located at such a hillview top, perhaps the hotel can provide recreational activities like a pool table, or karaoke lounge. Food quality wasnt up to standard. Breakfast selections was ok n we had to wait like 45mins for an order of half-boiled eggs. The hotell is coming old and need upgrading. Unfortunately for us, they were going to have new owners and we managed to empty all their bevereges and some food even though we were only 6 people with some other guests. It seemed they could rather close the hotell and upgrade it instead of have it open with less service. The second day we both our own bevereges and could enjoy this at the hotell, so no problem with that. I wasnt told of the room with no balcony. I book it thinking it would come with a balcony where we can sit and relax facing the city view. But i was given the room with no balcony. We got a deluxe room facing the town but the room is full of flies. Feedback to the front office but was told its because of the rainy season. I don't know if that makes sense. No sundry shop in the hotel so make sure you get all necessities before checking-in. Breakfast served not warm. Limited choices perhaps its far from the city. the staff,mukanya masam macam sayur asem. *room rate is not justifiable for this hotel *breakfast spread is the worst of all the previous hotels I have stayed at Batam *the aircon unit is too small to cool dwon the reoom temperature *despite the shower curtain water still floor out to the bathroom floor *locality of the hotel is poorly situated.
