Excellent facilities for the kids specially the Kids club. Good breakfast choice and 2 different styles of breakfast to choose from, In general the staff is excellent except our experience in the Kelly's bar was not good when we ordered additional food items with one of the waiters during their 11th birthday celebration , but hopefully that is an isolated incidence and they continue to serve the Asian clients with smile and genuineness . Great breakfast, close to main Kuta shopping centres, water park, markets, massive comfy beds, great hospitality centre where you can use the facilities before and after check in. Staff were very helpful, restaurants were lovely, only a few minutes walk to discovery, water Bom park, and bamboo bar and grill. When you were in the resort you needed for nothing. Loved it and we will definitely go back. My children were aged 22, 19 and 11 and they were all very happy. we went with our daughter +husband and 3 young children. Perfect. ! the kids were happy and enjoyed the kid'sclub, their parents got some respite and us oldies picked when we wanted to join them/OR stayed in the adults-only section. Great choices. We thought the hotel had everything needed for a family to have a wonderful holiday, the food was good in all the restaurants the kids club was really good, the rooms were spacious the staff were so helpful, we had an amazing holiday. Location good for for airport but also in a quiet end of Kuta beach. Nice walk along beach to other parts of Kuta. Nice rooms with good facility. Perfect for an overnight stay for airport. Room was good and the pool area, with its multiple water slides for the kids was terrific. Kids Club useful while we utilized their spa and massage facilities. I liked that breakfast was included and that my daughter ate free for dinner at the buffet. My daughter absolutely loved the trapeze school. i was there with my children and grandchildren we had a fantastic time the staff and the facilities were wonderful very friendly :). The spa was good in the locality. WIFI is expensive to use. Beach behind the hotel has black sand, quite rocky and water does not look clean too so can not go in the sea water at the beach but we saw many avid surfers in the middle of the ocean enjoying the high waves. No free wifi in the bedrooms, have to pay a fee of $3.50 aud to use the mini fridge if you are taking out drinks from the mini bar and setting them aside and putting your own. With the cost of the accommodation alone, you would think that this would be free. in this day and age all wifi should be free everywhere- OR at least in the lobby. $5AUD p day is too much. The restaurants and drinks were pricey. Being a family hotel the pool area was noisy throughout the day. As in many places in Bali, the main roads are chaotic outside the hotel. The pavements are very poor but however are currently being repaired. Food was OK but better could be had from nearby restaurants. The slippery floors when raining. There could have been a few more age appropriate activities for my 8yr old. the sensors restaurant staff were not as friendley or helpfull like the rest of the hotel so we only went once to there they never smiled and did not seen happy like the rest of the staff. The villas around the pool could do with a semi circle settees that divides you from your neighbour, plus it gives you more room for seating when there is 5people booked in the room there was not enough chairs to sit outside. Kids in the mornings being too noisy before 9.00am parents need to informed to keep them quiet, perhaps a noise curfew for the mornings should be imposed. Nothing. Having to pay for WIFI. Very noisy. the resort staff were not very friendly especially when greeting new checkins and checking out quite disappointing and also cleaners noone in this hotel is friendly or do they roomservice and laundry staff do not understand proper english i would not return very overrated dont know how people would want to return. Break fast had less choice. I couldn't understand the reason why they don't allow men dressed in sleeve less shirts when almost all the women there wear sleeve less!!! Beach isn't good.
