accessibility to bus and taxi stops; situated in a quiet neighborhood; it is in an area where a tourist can easily find a place to dine, whether in an upscale resto or a so-so place. Our room has linoleum flooring, which is good for my young kids with asthma. and the toilet and bath is really clean, toiletries are replenished everyday. the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and airy, the hotel was in an extremely convenient location close to shops, banks, eateries, public transport; i stayed for over 3 weeks and had no problems at all. all reviews »
Location is good for price, room are very clean and i requested for non-smoking room and the room were really smoke free. Excellent. Excellent choice for budget hotel, convenient location (if you don't mind a bit of walking). You can catch airport bus A21 to get to the hotel.Location. The restaurant at d ground floor, we ordered the same food but got different versions of it everytime :) that was quite a laugh!. the lifts were a little inefficient. short 2 min up hill walk can be tiring after a long days walk, but luckily the hotel is well location so always only a short taxi ride.No place to socialize, but there is a restaurant down there. A double bed would have been nice. I had to pay for a telephone call I never did. Also romme may be very noisy - bad insulation from the external noise. We felt staff on reception did not really feel they needed to move from behine desk to help with luggage or to assist with taxxis etc This was in contrast with restaurant and.household staff who were very friendly and helpful.Absence of double beds. The bed was hard. Having to wait for the lift. none at all. one of the women bathroom door could not be locked surely the cleaner would have highlighted to the maintenance department. Not the best location.lack of WiFi. The room is very small with limited amenities.The hotel toilet has a large frosted glass window, That should have blinds. The only complain is the toilet window need a curtain to cover up.small bed. Noisely air conditioner. have to prepay room fare. In the room, in addition to the toilet tissue and 2 large towels, I'd like to have a box of Kleenex and a small towel as well.It's location is somewhat inconvinent. It's about a 15min walk from the MTR station, but there are a limited amount of buses that can get you around. Loation of hotel is far from mtr station, at least 20mins walk. Its noteasy to access to as we have to walk up to the hill to reach the guesthouse..And this is certainly inconvenient for elderly. Will not considerfor next stay.Internet services are expensive. No internet in rooms. The internet is just too expensive.Too thrifty in their services, i.e. bed/pillow sheets not replaced every day, not enough towels (only 2 bath per day), hair blow-dryer has to be borrowed each day,...etc. Very expensive, and away form hkec. The room was not as clean as I have hoped. I requested a monring call and all I got was a ring! There were no drinks in the fridge in the room. -bed was too hard and therefore did not sleep well, price high for a hotel that basicly offered no extras, no tissue, had to ask for hairdryer. the room was overrated, not comfortable, the beds were very uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. The facilities are too plane, without much decoration. Even comparing with YWCA in other countries. Room has not intenet facilities, which is a basic requirement in tody's world.there is nothing which i like in this hotel...rooms are expensive according to price...they are not giving any faclities to their guests..

By Plane:
Take the Airport Express to Kowloon Station and take a taxi for around HKD 45.
Alternatively, an airport shuttle service is provided by Vigor Airport Shuttle Services Ltd at HKD 110 per person for a single trip to the hotel directly. The counter is at B13 on the Arrival Hall Level, opposite exit B. Any guests with late arrival flights after 21:00 should have a seat secured by making advance reservation.
