A really nice place for a relaxed vacation. Service is excellent, and the places really feels out of the way of regular tourism. A really charming "taberna" closeby serves really tasty food. The owner maintains a small store with basic supplies on the compound, which is very convenient considering that the ~30 people settlement is a long way from places with shops and does not offer any reasonable supply. The place is definitely worth driving the narrow road up to it.

The staff were so welcoming , particularly Georgos , and the welcome meeting with free glass of champagne and smoked salmon blinis was a really nice touch . We were upgraded and our room was lovely with fabulous view to spinalonga and hot tub on the balcony . Another very nice touch was free bottle of very good quality Cretan red wine . All in all
