  The property is beautifully maintained with lovely gardens and the pool areas, bar and restaurant are adjacent to the sea with great views of the area. It is well located to supermarkets and other restaurants and is either a short car or bus ride to the main centre of Chania. The staff could not have been more helpful and even advised of traditional local restaurants and checked to see - The whole trip was just lovely and I wouldn't have changed a thing. My previously holiday-shy boyfriend loved everything about the holiday and especially the restaurant (Corinne Star) in the grounds of the hotel. It was the best of the restaurants we tried in both Kalamaki and Chania. The staff were very hard-working, warm and helpful. The beachside setting was beautiful, westward facing so you can enjoy the sunset while eating dinner at the poolside. Really hoping we can come back soon :)

  Staying at Falassarna Beach Hotel was an amazing experience, the hotel was very clean, the rooms were tided up every single day, the customer service was excellent and the definitely great value for money. We also got a huge room which had so much space and also a nice kitchen where one can easily cook a meal if you want to. Nice pool (though surprisingly cold after a long, hot summer) and outdoor breakfast/lunch area. Staff very friendly and helpful - they even upgraded us to a 2 bed apartment overlooking the pool at no extra cost - because it was available! ... what people say » We understand that Malia can be pretty frenetic in mid summer, but Mid- September was just great and we loved the sandy beach and the Old Town - espec - Socrates is a lovely hotel. Very friendly owners, Eva and George. Absolutely perfect pool area, with comfortable sunbeds and a wonderful garden. We got clean towels every day and the room was perfectly cleaned. It was about 200 m to the bus stop (32) to Hersonissos and to the beach 200-250 M. The hotel is perfectly situated in the countryside quiet yet central. I would definitely go back. And the transfer service I great. (A family with 16 and 9 year old kids)

  The location is perfect for both relax and being close to the city. We arrived late morning because had missed the night flight and a very friendly lady gave us a fresh and rich breakfast, smilng and welcoming us warmly. The room had a nice sea view and it was quite big and cool...even in a hot day.
