  The staff was very helpful, the room was large, very comfortable and clean and they even provided with a temporary room to leave our luggage in and have a shower (after we checked out on the day of departure).   Arrived at 8:30pm and was greeted by the hotel owner, Mary, who offered us dinner. One could not ask for a more genuine and caring hotel owner. Hotel is set in an ideal location with both mountain and Souda Bay views.   The service of throughout this hotel is excellent. Fromt he moement youa rrive until the moment you leave, everyone is friendly and accomodating for all needs. The rooms, pool and restaurant are all very clean (and I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness)! We didn't get the bracelet for all inclusive which makes you feel more comfortable, instead the staff is trying to know better their guests having a friendly and relaxed communication with all of them.   This is a family run hotel and they are quite new having been here only 4 months. They are a very nice family. The hotel is very comfortable with a nice pool and short walk to the beach. Out of the hustle of the main town and port but just a 1.1 Euro bus or 10 Euro taxi. The breakfast was excellent.   A good suite of rooms, with living room/kitchen, bedroom & shower room. Two balconies, one with a fine view to sea & over the pool (which is well sited). Close to the beach & beach bars, but not on top of them. A friendly manager (the daughter of the family), who helped a lot. Breakfast included without charge, despite the booking being for room only, all for €24 a night (off season). - We only had 1 night at the hotel which of course was not enough! Fantastic location, great pool (especially with kids section), a small playground, and within just a minutes walk of the beach. Loved the destination as well, a great surprise as the beach is terrific for kids, and lots of great restaurants line the boardwalk (which is car free). Perfect destination for families.
