The hotel is clearly very well run. The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The furnishings were first rate, and everything was very clean and well kept. The beds were large and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a good range of choices and was kept well stocked. Overall, this is an excellent hotel, in a very good location, and I would definitely return. We had a very good experience at this Hotel. The Hotel is newly remodeled and is very clean; the rooms are large and decorated with extraordinary taste, in a romantic manner. There is internet access in the Hotel at no cost. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to all the monuments and important attractions.

No provisions for lunch or dinner but that is not too much of a problem as the hotel is within the centre of Athens and there are numerous Taverns/restaurants to choose from.No variation at all day to day with the breakfast which was included with the price but this would not stop me from staying at the hotel again. The communist news network (CNN) was the only place to find english language on a regular basis.The receptionist suggested we take a cab to the Pier for dinner and said it would be 6 Euros. She called the cab but he charged us 9. We also sort of felt "taken in" as it appeared that there was some kind of "arrangement" with the hotel, cabby and restaurant. When we arrived at the pier it was expected of us to patronize the restaurant where the cab left us off. Our imagination?. The wireless internet is unreliable. For that matter, the wired computer terminals in the Business Center is also unreliable.They were very nice to us so when we decided to book hotel for nightwhen we returned from Israel we booked the same hotel.
