A fantastic hotel runs by a fantastic family. We were there for 4 nights with 3 teenagers. The children slept in an apartment-loft while my husband and I were in the windmill: very romantic and lovely. The pool area is wonderful, with nice sunbeds. A little walk to Fira centrum (15 mn) uphills... sweaty in the middle of the day but nice at night.

The staff is wonderful and do all they can to accomodate their guests. They arranged for a rental car at a good price. The hotel is quite nice, quiet and very well kept. It has a beautiful pool area. The room was rather large and very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast is good and has a good number of choices. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from downtown Fira. The hotel is a dream, so romantic. We had room next to the pool (small cold water Jacuzzi really) room 101. The room was quite big with a big shower and the bed on a separate mezzanine.
The views from the room and the pool are out of this world and being next to the donkey trail you have the pleasure of seeing them walk by all day as well as to wake up to the sound of the bells each morning!

The property was beautiful and very well maintained, the staff Michael and Filia were very welcoming and took care of whatever we needed. The breakfast on the veranda in the morning was a highlight for me, it beautiful and delicious. I loved the stunning view of the Caldera straight out of our suite!!! A wonderful stay at Santorini Mesotopos! Everything was perfect and so did the stuff, who were always helpful and friendly. The hostess picked us up from the port even though I forgot to tell her which ferry we took. So here is one tip for other customers: you'd better inform the hotel which vessel you take, departure port and time if you want the pick up service, then she could wait for you at the port.
