we contacted them last minute for transportation to the villa and the responded immediately. the staff were professional and friendly and gave good suggestions on where to go during the winter season, breakfast was HUGE! so much,that we could leave some for lunch. great view, free upgrade to a family suite, very good water pressure and constant hot water. in winter, room was warm, television had multilingual programs, location is convenient about 15 mins walk to fira, clean room with daily hous.
all reviews » Dana Villas was the location we chose for our wedding venue, and for a two night stay before heading to other islands for our honeymoon. The management and staff is second to none, and the rooms are cozy and quaint. The view is beautiful, and the locations was idillic for our wedding. Highly recommended. We stayed 2 days in a Junior suite(123)the view fantastic,you cannot to Go to Oia to see the Sunset,from my balcony room we had a Awesome view.the hotel has many steps,but to me it does,t matter.the room was huge,clean,quiet and confortable.The staff was very helpful.The breakfast was amazing. Best Greek island ever visited. Breathtaking views and just the perfect location to stay. My wife and I married within Dana Villa's and had the time of our lives. The Wedding Organisers were outstanding and more than helpful all week we were there. Warm welcome, efficient and friendly staff, fantastic views, excellent service, relaxing. Lovely rooms with good facilities and excellent terraces right outside. We felt extremely well looked after and were sorry to leave. The view! Firostefani is a nice little area about 10min walk (or 15min if you walk along the cliff path) from Fira so is a bit quieter. The staff were amazing, especially the guys at the restaurant. Perfect to watch 2013 red bull parkour championships. Location, friendliness of staff, service. The location is spectacular. gorgous place, beautiful. Fantastic views. nothing. Be aware that a lot of steps go hand in hand with Santorini, and if you are over six feet/2 meters tall you need to watch your head. The internet in Santorini does,t work faster. Smoking in Bars & Restaurants within the town even though they showcase "NO Smoking Signs"!! Disrespectful to the EU Laws. No really suitable for children if your considering a family holiday. Slightly small swimming pool but this was not an issue as so many other great qualities to this hotel. You pretty much only pay for the view in this place, everything else to do with it is ok, but for the price if this hotel was anywhere else it would be very average. But the view does make up for it. 174 steps from top to bottom. Room too small Too close to pool Expensive. Lots of stairs. Too many steps.
