  We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday at Das Tergernsee and had a wonderful time. We had a great time here and I highly recommend this - This was a spacious apartment with all the conveniences including cooking for a several days stay. It was well located in Oberammergau within easy walking distance of town. The owner was very helpful.& did our laundry, too. For the $Value-- this can't be beat. Although there was no wifi there was internet access through the cable. And there's a great bar--Jansen & Jansen--a block away with wifi and a friendly, English speaking owner.
