The attention to detail in everything. I felt like I was at home and could really relax. My room was immaculate. They even cleaned the dust off the pipes under the sink. There was a big soft overstuffed leather chair that really was comfortable The staff was very knowlegeful and helpful. The ease of getting to a 5:00 check-in - without having to leave the airport premises! Of course, any stay at a Kempinski property is always of the best of everything.
