Location was great being close to the underground. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment and directions from airport. Nice apartment very close to the Bernauer Str U-Bahn Stn. These apartments are managed through the nearby Raja Jooseppi Cafe and, despite first appearances, this was in fact a lovely little cafe with very friendly staff and some of the best coffee in Berlin. The menu was limited but the food excellent.

The position was fantastic. S Bahn outside the door, yet only two blocks and you were over the ever at the first Museums . Trams outside the door also. Staff were more helpful and friendly than anywhere else, happy to make me a cup of tea late at night. Washing facilities, everything new, large room and bathroom. Plenty of lounge and outdoor court

Great location for exploring berlin, easy walk to all major site's and metro right outside front door. Place was very clean, room was a good size, had a good bathroom, was quiet and was very cheap for quality of rooms. Building also had a kitchen available to use and also free washing machine and dryer which is very handy. It's a mix of dorms and private hotel rooms (which i had) and i would stay here again when in Berlin.

Front desk was manned all the time. Apartment was very clean. rooms were spacious. Staff were helpful. No facilities to hold cases as we had a late flight but we left our cases in the main train station at a small cost and this worked out a lot better for us in the end. - The location, easy access to transport and central to accessing main sitesof

As a tourist it was central to all the principal attractions. The closeness of the Hauptbahnhof was a great benefit. - Clean, large, freshly decorated rooms in a good location and very friendly staff.

The apartment was absolutely brilliant, better than we had imagined. it was all very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were also brilliant, the shower in particular was great, definately washed away our New Years day cob webs!

It was like having your privet apartment in Berlin. The Cafe at the street was very friendly with Internet. Very close to the U and the main train station. The Hamburger Bunhof Museum (modern art) just few minuets walk. Kitchen had all you need, even a small dish washer, toaster and coffee maker. The only thing we missed was the Internet. - first we met a very pleasant staff, and were led to the nearby flat, in a very nice street. spotless bathroom with bathtub, nice sunny room with double bed, kitchenette ( dishwasher inc. ). everything was new, the building was quiet and 3 minutes from the nearest tube station. i highly recommend it, it sure will be the place i'll book next i travel to Berlin. - The hotel is wonderfully located in the city center. One has a choice of rooms for different price. We actually as students stayed at the cheapest one but were pleasantly surprised with a comfort and cleanness of the room. At the reception we’ve had the best treatment one could only wish! The staff was extremely friendly and most willing to help. Many thanks!

It felt very non-touristy and the full kitchen with microwave, stovetop and refrigerator was great. The bathroom had plenty of space. I would highly recommend this hotel to any travellers that are looking for a way to integrate themselves into Berlin vs. staying in a hotel. Most excellent -- it was great to stay in an actual apartment instead of a tourist hotel. The room was clean and spacious and really super. We were sad to leave. - The apartment was clean, spacious, and light, and it was within walking distance of many sights and restaurants.
