Clean room, friendly staff, everything was functional and all with quite a reasonable price and like, in a good position too I guess (about 8 minutes to the central station Hauptbahnhof). The apartment was absolutely brilliant, better than we had imagined. it was all very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were also brilliant, the shower in particular was great, definately washed away our New Years day cob webs!

It was like having your privet apartment in Berlin. The Cafe at the street was very friendly with Internet. Very close to the U and the main train station. The Hamburger Bunhof Museum (modern art) just few minuets walk. Kitchen had all you need, even a small dish washer, toaster and coffee maker. The only thing we missed was the Internet. - first we met a very pleasant staff, and were led to the nearby flat, in a very nice street. spotless bathroom with bathtub, nice sunny room with double bed, kitchenette ( dishwasher inc. ). everything was new, the building was quiet and 3 minutes from the nearest tube station. i highly recommend it, it sure will be the place i'll book next i travel to Berlin. - The hotel is wonderfully located in the city center. One has a choice of rooms for different price. We actually as students stayed at the cheapest one but were pleasantly surprised with a comfort and cleanness of the room. At the reception we’ve had the best treatment one could only wish! The staff was extremely friendly and most willing to help. Many thanks!

Hotel was walking distance to most of the sights. Once you find the hotel it is easy to find your way back. The difficulty was by car locating the hotel and how to drive there. The entrance is not on a main road but on a tiny 1-way street that runs between 2 main roads. A friend who grew up in Berlin was driving me and we circled a few times before spotting the entrance to the hotel. I'm sure a taxi driver would have no trouble locating it. Lots of shops nearby as well as a train station.
