Nice hotel, facilities (pool, gym), good bar with good live music,excellent service. They also rent bikes (and are close to theTiergardens) although they did not have child seat so we had to rentelsewhere (at shop next to Zoo subway). Excellent Hotel, very good staff. Great location: 5 minutes from Zooloschen Garden and Banderburg Gate. Buses run every 5 minutes. It was our second time there and we will go again.

Not to many shops close to the hotel.The food in the bar was a bit pricey as was the breakfast. Somewhat distant from the closest U- or S-Bahn/subway. But you pass the excellent Cafe Einstein en route to Nollendorfer.Air conditioning difficult to understand. A little bit far away from subway station. the only problem was that the pool and sauna were closed due to technical problems on the 2 days we were there. small pool. i'd like to see in the rooms irons. so expensive Internet connection :(. air conditioning was poor. The breakfast was too expensive. The dog surcharge is extremely high also due to the fact that a dog bed etc. is provided. Since no dog will use a strange bed I suggest that this service (and the surcharge) be reduced. Although the staff in Harrys Bar were friendly and very fast,they werehandicapped by the simple fact that ,for sheer volume of custom,therewere too few of them.That is not a criticism of the staff there, whowere wonderful,but an observation for management who need to addressthis point during trade fairs. That said,they coped admirably well withno reduction in courtesy or friendliness.The hotel is a little bit far away from the subway stations. It is fun to walk around for the first day maybe, but when tired the legs are really burning while walking back to the hotel. (It is almost 20 min walk to Wittenberg station) We had to prefer taxi for the nights. Expensive Hotel Bar and Breakfast.. Avoid at all costs. Much cheaper venturing out and about locally, especially towards Zooglischer Garten.. Taxi's very expensive from the hotel too!!. a bit too far from centre.no restaurants or bars nearby.smoking was permitted in harrys bar with closed doors when really smokers could be outside in the outside bar.hotel should think about non smoking guests. Housekeeping starts very early in the morning for a leisure traveler (from 08:30) and breakfast could be less expensive (48E for double).The business office could have been better and it would have been nice if they had a better way for people using laptops to print directly from the laptop to the printer using data ports. We paid for internet service and then where forced to pay for the busness office computer as well since there was not a way to print from the laptop.
