Good service, internet access available, information about the region available.Our room was beautiful and romantic. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is very welcoming and warm. The rooms are comfortable, clean, new and well furnished. Also, the breakfast was very satisfying: fresh food, variety of choices.all reviews
A super location, not right in the heart of the city so it was quieter but still within easy reach. The atmosphere was super too and the restaurant was excellent.Friendly staff, nice room and good breakfast. Big airy room. Location outside of main downtown, but on an easy rail line to old city.As the hotel wasn't busy, they upgraded us to a larger room.We didn,t have enough time to stay at hotel Auerstein. A lift isn't installed so if you're on the top floor like we were, it's a number of stairs to climb each time but it's not that bad. We coped!. WLAN access sketchy and expensive. Be aware of stairs to rooms. We had five flights.Breakfast could be better.The hotel is quite a distance from Heidelberg's Alstadt. Although a tramline runs past the hotel, specially over weekends it may take a while to get there as a tram only comes by about once an hour.the rooms at the front streetside of the hotel suffer from the noise from traffic passing thru and the shower bottom can be slippery when wet.
