Location and the front desk people were friendly and helpful. cleanliness, location, rate, breakfast. Friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was good. We were given a 3-room ,even though we were just two. The staff is friendly.

Hotel is clean, near center of Heidelberg, street railway station is infront of hotel.Very nice and opulent breakfast - nice staff.nothing the hotel should be a BandB not an hotel. The pillows were way to soft, could have used 2 instead of 1. (male) staff could be more friendly. the window improvement from the sreet side - too noisy. limited parking. Make sure you book ahead. Price of parking reasonable.Staff does not speak english or very poor (except ladies on reception).The bedding was alittle dated, but for the price it was reasonable, very limited parking, book a parking slot when booking your room.Heating was not working. Extremly cold night, no extra blanket inWardrobe :-(. Size of the room!. There was no notice that parking cost extra. Bit far from city center although the website did state that.no fan or aircondition and the food poor.
