The room itself was very comfortable, modern and had a nespresso coffee machine. Location within walking distance to the old city. The receptionist, Barbara was excellent- she was efficient, friendly and helpful. Nice modern set up, on site car parking secure, quiet ok location. The access card didnt work when I got back to the hotel at 10pm...reception was across the road! To get to the room, I had to walk through the narrow driveway meant for cars and a steep flight of staircase. Tough for a lady with a big bag...no help.
