The front desk clerk was friendly, helpful and kind. Breakfast was good and in a bright room. Our room, though not air conditioned, was spacious and clean. We also felt safe. Good breakfast, nice central location between old town and train station on a quiet residential street. Friendly helpful staff.
all reviews Staff was friendly. Large clean rooms. Heidelberg. The bed was comfortable enough and the breakfast was adequate but dragging our bags up the stairs was unpleasant. It was over 90 degrees while there and we had no air moving in our 2d floor room.a fan might have helped but we believe they don't experience it that often. The hotel doesn´t have lifts. Location difficult to find. Entry was difficult. We had to enter through the bar. It was hot and no fan in the room.
