Excellent service and staff always kind and helpful, from cleaners to room service to front desk. This was possibly the best service we experienced in a hotel in 8 months travelling in Europe. Rooms very good standard. location very good. we had interconnecting rooms for a couple and 3 young children-it worked very well. your pillows were fabulous and I like the 2 comforters for the king bed. we really appreciated you after moving on to an Ibis hotel at our next city. good job -- you were more expensive of course, but an excellent experience. thanks!.

We used the swimming pool and sauna which was a bonus considering the cold outside. The concierge was extremely helpful and the location very convenient topublic transportation. Bed pillows were bit soft for us.The hotel charged our credit card for double the amount in error. We hadyou (booking.com) notify them and you promised they would correct theerror. We arrived 2 weeks later and they still had not credited our Cardfor the error. By the time they did the currency fluctuation during thedelay cost us over $35 for their mistake. That has left a reluctance touse you/ them again. The Hotel elevators should be checked. Though I pressed open button for it, the door was closed and my little daughter was alone inside without us. She was schocked.-Room and indeed whole hotel was far too hot even with airco on. Extra to park, to have breakfast and to use the pool facilities. sharing Sauna with men is embarassing. Overhole the hotel does not look like a 5-stars hotel.. More a 3-4 starsat most. It is old and relatively cheaply furnished.Parking is expensive. Expensive breakfast is not included in the room rate. We had the breakfast elsewhere. Yes they had made a no show charge on my credit card for a previous datebut they sorted it out in a very professional and courteous mannermanner. Too many kids (maybe because of swimming pool).
