I think this hotel is a little over priced but it was a great stay and no complaints what so ever. The staff were helpful and very polite. The room was ordinary but comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Excellent location in the old town. Parking available if reserved and there is only 3 parking bays so get in quick. 5 minute walk from all attractions of the old city and 10 minute walk to the fanicular railway going up to the castle.

The rooms that face the main road are a bit noisy, as it is a busy road with many trucks. There was a definite lingering odor of cigarette smoke in all rooms, and I believe the staff are smokers. This was true in my room, the breakfast room, lobby area, etc. And a person who is accustomed to having 24 hour amenities will be disappointed - this is a small hotel, so please keep your expectations to this level. But I would have appreciated a free wi-fi. There were these lights above the bed that made it difficult to sit up and read/use laptop. The wireless connection is not free, but if you can survive for a couple of days without checking your e-mails, it would not be a problem. No airconditioning. Small car park and costly. Shower only - always prefer bath/shower. No tea making facilities in room and no bar so if you want a cup of tea/coffee you have to leave the hotel. Close to the street. Since there is no air conditioning provider, it is difficult to sleep if you leave the windows open. They need to provide more tv stations that speak English. the Wifi connection was not working reliably. The staff gave me a cable to connect, but it was impossible to send emails with no SMTP ports. Working was therefore not impossible, but tedious task. My room ws very warm during the evening and I had to open my window to be confortable. Old, small building. No AC. Traffic noise.
