  Everything. The family run gasthaus gave us the feeling we were part of their family. There was nothing they would not do for us. The views of the Alps in the morning and the sunsets were out of sight. Centrally located to most all major places to see while on vacation. I highly recommend this gasthaus to any one looking for a place to s - The family were excellent hosts, very warm and welcoming. The house and facilities were immaculate. The food was top class the chef prepared varied dishes all top class and beautiful presented. Suzanne and Miriam kept us well informed and ensured that we were well fed and looked after and we felt very honoured to have stayed in their lovely home. What a week we had and the memories will stay for ever. Thank you for a wonderful holiday - Liz and Peter the bmw English bikers!!

  This small hotel is beautifuly located on the edge of Grainau village with stunning views of the mountans. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed a small balcony overlooking the garden. Breakfast was excellent although we were surprised to find several dogs in the breakfast room. They were well behaved though and we soon got used to them.   We liked the location of the hotel in the picturesque village of Grainau, and also the traditional chalet design. Our spacious room with balcony looked out at the Zugspitze which was spectacular. Breakfasts were excellent as was our evening meals. - Hotel was very nice. Most of the personnel were nice and kind, and the atmosphere was like a ... what people say » family.
