The hotel was very comfortable and the woman who greeted us and took care of us was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Our balcony view of the mountains was beyond spectacular, and the town of Grainau was quiet, welcoming, and relaxing. It was an amazing place, and we wish we had planned to stay longer.

The family were excellent hosts, very warm and welcoming. The house and
facilities were immaculate. The food was top class the chef prepared
varied dishes all top class and beautiful presented. Suzanne and Miriam
kept us well informed and ensured that we were well fed and looked after
