The friendly people who work in the hotel.Hotel Tourist is very nice hotel settled in th center of Frankfurt near the railway and buss station. All best and kind regards to Hotel Stuff (employers) who really always helped us so we can manage our duties quick and cheaper. Desk office is really best and they have helped us many times. This hotel 100% will be my next choise when I visit Frankfurt.
all reviews » Good buffet breakfast with hot items as well as cold cuts and cereal. Five minute walk from central train station. Helpful staff on places to go for restaurants and night life.The reception guy was very helpful and eager to tell us the local landmarks we can visit. The Reception staff, spoke excellent English, were very welcoming, polite and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location - a few minutes walk from the main rail station and a 10 minutes walk from the Messe. The cleanliness and furnishing of the room was very good and, although not a large amount of space in the bathroom, the overall facilities were more than adequate for a short stay.Close to central transport. Bed was nice and comfortable even though floorspace was a bit limited. Location - 5 minutes walk from the central railway station. Decent breakfast included.free of internet service. friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to business travelers during fair dates, but not to tourists. room was on first floor on kitchen side of the building, noisy from 6am on.small rooms,. the heater was not warm enough, main road fronting hotel is too noisy. The bed was too soft. Room was humid. We had a room next to the mainstreet and it is really noisy during the night. Rooms are too small. Facts unknown at time of booking. In room facilities inadequate. Picturtes shown on the website very misleading. I think I got the worst room in the hotel!. It was very noisy, and unconfortable. The room was at the back of the hotel and seemed as though it had been added purely for busy times. Wires haging out of wall, plug socket overloaded, window taped up. Very poor condition.It is a crap hotel. It feels old and shabby. Things fall apart. Staff is not helpful. Breakfast is basic and not attractive. Overall I couldn't think of a reason why this hotel is worth its money. beside the main road, too noisy!!. I stayed in room 35 A, the room was very small,no wardrope and hangers and too small bed. Extremely small rooms. Cheap, not so clean furniture, worn carpets, floor full of tripping obstacles. Bad TV signal. Freezing.
