The staff were the most friendly that I have ever met in a hotel. Fromthe multi lingual receptionist right down to the breakfast staff wishingeveryone tcheuss in the morning. Clean, comfortable, good tv selectionand flat screen. Free internet. The not for profit mini bar wasexcellent, ie 1 euro per beer, drink or snack.... You get a greatbreakfast as well. Best value in Frankfurt !!! thanks.
all reviews » The staff were excellent, we stayed in many hotels during our trip and this was one of the best hotels in terms of service and value for your money. The breakfast was excellent, and this was the only hotel with air conditioning and flat screen TVs and FREE WIRELESS (and we stayed in some 4 star hotels). The rooms are slightly small, but this is to be expected by European standards.Staff were really helpful and professional. Breakfast was perfect. Asked for an extra blanket and provided no fuss. Great location to explore the city by foot, dont be put off by redlight comments - nothing out of the norm happening around the hotel. I really love the kind staff, the good breakfast and the heat room with that big window! The location is good, near the main station and the frigo-bar is very cheap! The hairdryer can be rented from the reception for free!!!!!!. Hotel europa was in an excellent location for us. The staff at the hotel were fantastic, it was easy at check in and check out. We arrived at 9 in the morning and they offered us breakfast for free. Although we consumed a lot of drinks from the minibar (1 euro per drink), they charged us for 10 drinks only, the rest was free. Breakfast good.The hotel is in a perfect location for those coming into Frankfurt Main Station.The first room (a twin share) was very comfortable and large,facing the back of the hotel,very quiet.I would not hestitate in staying in one of these rooms again.The breakfast is excellent and value for money.The staff are very friendly and very helpful.This room was perfect for the price. The windows isolation was very poor, I could't sleep at nigh, because of noise from street.Room was ver5y small. No hairdryer :(. Curtains and pillow covers need to be changed. I had a room in the front of the hotel, so there was quite a lot of noise from the street.Strong smell of smoke in my room (however I also do smoke...). Small bathroom. Although I reserved a non smoking room, I realised that the smell of cigarettes was present in room. This was a bit disturbing.There is a lot of noise all the time, especially in the morning. The check-in starts at 9, so they clean the rooms starting at 7 AM. The cleaning ladies speak to each other, bump things, make noise that you don't normally do when you clean things. You really can't sleep from 7 AM till 10 or 11 AM. Our second stay was in a room facing the front of the Hotel. It was too noisy for sleeping and the double bed was very small with a blanket totally unsuitable to cover two persons.The price did not make up for the inconvenience of this room.If you need comfort request rooms facing the back of the hotel.
