  This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and once is was first class. perfect location with a Christmas market outside the front door. very clean, excellent breakfast, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Daniel who sorted out a little problem with the room when we arrived. Excellent location - a few minutes walk from the train station in one direction and just around the corner from the KO in the other direction. Staff were superb, exceptionally helpful and polite.

  We adored the Helvetia Suites. Our son was on an exchange to a school in Goch. We visited for the weekend and invited 2 of his friends to join us. We had one suite and the 3 boys had another on the same floor. It was absolutely perfect.   I was very surprised at the lack of noise considering the location, and was able to have a good nights sleep before travelling on the next day. - I checked in very late but the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The minute I stepped into my room it felt like home.
