Huge room, sumptuous decor, wonderfully comfortable bed, very impressive selection of wines in minibar, and ideally located for shows at savoy theatre next door. Lots of nice touches like proper wine glasses and espresso machine in room. Friendly and professional staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Easy stroll from station. Only stayed for 1 night, wish I could have moved in! Highly recommended!!.
all reviews » This hotel was fantastic. Excellent location - a few minutes walk from the train station in one direction and just around the corner from the KO in the other direction. The actual hotel was first class: wonderful clean, big room, perfect bathroom. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and had lots of varieties of everything. Staff were superb, exceptionally helpful and polite.Really it was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed. Exquisite design, spacious and cozy rooms, delicious breakfast, comfortable location. If I ever get back to Düsseldorf I will not hesitate to stay there again. The hotel was an excellent value for the money. It was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Great Location. Major roadworks outside the hotel, that the hotel has no power over. Iasked to be moved to a room that did not look out onto the street andthey changed the room without fuss.
