The gentleman on reception was very knowledgeable about the city and very helpful in house. The security is excellent with secure fire doors. It is a very peaceful place to be and the food is very good. There was a small error in your records, I am an Israeli and not from Jordan.The room was on the street side and extremely noisy, especially from the trolleys.
