The gentleman on reception was very knowledgeable about the city and very helpful in house. The security is excellent with secure fire doors. It is a very peaceful place to be and the food is very good. I will book there again when I have another chance to visit Dusseldorf. Very helpful staff, free public transportation card, close to train station, free in-room internet, great breakfast, clean smoke-free atmosphere.

Also very strong cigarette smell, not nice. Just a comment nothing substanial. There was a small error in your records, I am an Israeli and not from Jordan.The room was on the street side and extremely noisy, especially from the trolleys. Would stay at the hotel again but not on the mailn street side. Free internet was decisive for my choice but it would have been better if it worked after midnight.No restaurant.... Fairly High priced. There was a lot of street noise one night. no internet. The noise of the trams during the late evening if you have a room at the front side of the hotel. Even on the 4th floor it was loud, hardly impossible to sleep with window open.no air conditioning, no mini bar. the breakfast is not good enough.The internet access never did work. missrepresentation. I didn't feel safe in the area around the hotel, I would have been afraid if I were alone. the area where the hotel is situated is not so nice (railway station). Over-priced by a massive amount! this was a YMCA Hotel!!! If price was lower then it could be reccomended. rates not totally transparent.
