From the first moment we arrived the staff was extremely helpful and kind. Our room was excellent and thanks to the positive emotions everything went so well. Also the sauna complex was easy to use, very quiet and excellent.

We did not like the breakfast service, the restaurant staff was slow, coffee and milk cold and I had to chase the waiters to get some attention.

It is a beautiful hotel and the staff is very responsive. They seemed to anticipate our every need.

The service, the enthusiasm of the hotel Team from the guy at the door to the girls in the bar and restaurant was outstanding. The service was of the absolute highest standard and quality. They all made our stay in Cologne a memorable one. Well done to the Hotel!!

I know it wasnt their fault but they had a problem with leaking water pipes (it smelt more like sewerage pipes) but it didnt affect our stay.

almost everything - the restaurants were particularly good, and we loved the room we had

the overhead shower wasn't situated directly over the middle of the bath and having a shower therefore meant we completely flooded the floor. There was no curtain, and there was a step outside the bath, so this was perhaps a little unsatisfactory (and maybe dangerous)

The nice, helpfull, happy staff of the hotel. The hotel, room, dining room, bar etc. very beautifull. The stay was very plessant and special.

Rooms were beautiful and very well fitted out. Bathroom was amazing with fabulous rain shower. Although right next to the Dom the Hotel was extremely quiet.

There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room or iron.

The Location was the best for the travellers who travel with train ,many touristic attraction

I received a special rate through LetsBookHotel.com which was well priced for the hotel. Service and the room was excellent and as expected at a 5 star hotel.

No complaints. Beyond my expectations however it was my first stay at a 5 star hotel. Value for my money was good at the special rate I received, however would be over pricey at normal rates.
