Location was great and the price was really good given the facilities we got: two big bedrooms, towels, sheets, a very well equiped kitchen. Staff was friendly and in general we had a great and comfortable holiday.
Great apartment and friendly staff in an unfriendly city.
Upgrade to larger, very spacious apartment. I was with a girlfriend so we both had our own bedrooms in 'Williams' Apartment. Staff was so helpful, especially Maria! Also very quiet neighborhood and very near tram into Alexanderplatz. all reviews »
the bathroom was spacious but configuration was kind of weird, which made it difficult for 4 people to have their own space (for stuff, towels, teethbrush, etc).
Not enough clarity on public transportation alternatives for first timer.
Amenities rather sparse. We had to ask for bathroom soap and paper towels would have been nice in kitchen. Kitchen did provide coffee, tea, dish soap which was great. Wastebaskets in bedrooms would be a good idea also. It was a little further 'out' of center than I realized and also a distance walking from main part of Penzlauer Berg/Kollwitz, etc.
