Very friendly staff, great breakfast, clean rooms. Breakfast. The staff were very good, it was close to everything we wanted to do and in a very interesting neighbourhood and was very quiet at night. The breakfast although not included was very good.Nice room/good breakfasts. friendly reception. very good breakfast (though it ought to be included in the room price). excellent buffet breakfast. Clean rooms with a decent selection of food for breakfast. curtains could be a little darker to let less sunshine in in the morning ;-)). Would prefer if TV had more than 1 English speaking channel. The main disadvantage of the hotel is the lack of the elevator. Having to ascend to the 5th floor, with luggage was not fun. Fortunately, the guy at the reception helped my wife. Also, the bathroom was quite small. On arrival, the receptionist said I was lucky they kept the room because I was late (even though I emailed to say my plane didn't arrive until 21.00.quite noisy in the morning when other rooms were being cleaned. bathroom could have been better. Initially I was put in a room with no central heating and my two friends were given a double room rather than a twin as requested. However, we were moved to other rooms immediately. Probably a bit far from the main attractions in Berlin.
