Pleasant rooms. The service is top notch. Although location is not exactly in tourist area, it is quite practical due to vicinity to u-bahn (metro) station. Good size room, very clean, space to put suitcases, etc., good toiletries - reasonable location. Very comfortable there. i am very happy with the gentilnes of the hotel staff. Superb breakfast, excellent staff.

No tea / coffee making facilities in room and breakfast too expensive.As with some larger hotels, the service is very impersonal and thereception staff did not greet or acknowledge us whenever we walked inthe reception area. Expensive breakfast at 14 EUR!. The neighborhood it is situated is really lousy. It's the only thing on the street, and at night, it is kind of scary. I would not recommend a single woman to stay here even if Berlin is a very safe city. Beware, rooms very in size and facilities. I spent my first night in a tiny, stuffy single room next to the noisy lift, but staff found me a larger, quiet one with aircon for the rest of my stay. Mattresses not very comfortable. Wifi (€15 for 24h) cut out frequently. Breakfast expensive, and no alternatives nearby.Room not serviced fully as coffee cups were not cleaned/repalced in cupboard and not all towels replaced. I asked for a quiet room and the reception gave me the front room atthe site of the metro and the taxis's dropping of people at night.Unbelievable! Also, the cleaning (Carpet?) chemicals in the room whereso much that I got an headache and head to throw up. Never again inthis hotel.
