Although the apartment has no reception, the owner was very helpful. He came on-time when delivering the key to us and also on the last day when he needed to collect it back. Location is good as it is very near to the metro station bringing you everywhere around Berlin. Room, toliet and kichen were clean.

We recommend to renew pilows on the bed with better quality, other than this, everything was perfect.

Great location, only ten minutes walk to Kudamm. The nearest Ubahnstation just behind the corner. Exellent service by Jurij. Spacy, clean and peaceful apartment. There was everything we needed.

They were really very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean and exactly was as shown in the pictures. It is in a very convenient area with a walking distance to everything you may need and also very close to the metro station.

I didn't realised the 25 Euro cleaning surcharge although it was mentioned in the booking vaucher. I think it is uncommon to pay nearly 50% on top for the cleaning. The price of the room is 79 Euro not 54!

Nice and well equiped apartment near a metrostation and not far from Kurfurstendamm and KaDeWe. It's situated in a very calm area.

Jurij was very friendly and helpful. The location was good, with two train lines on the street, and walking distance to groceries and the Ku-dam.

Close to the u-bahn station. Quiet neighborhood. Everything equipped.

There is no reception desk, so an appointment with the staff is needed to get the keys.

For UK residents this is a studio apartment (only one room) not a 1 bedroom 1 sitting room.

We've enjoyed every moment in this apartment. Nicely designed, clean and spacious place. Close to to subway, the Zoo and the shopping district. There is a washing machine (big advantage when you have kids),

The apartment was very comfortable, close to public transport and Kurfurstendamn Street. A good walk into the centre. Jurij our host was excellent dropping us off at the train station when we left. We thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Jurij was a great Host, very helpful in so many ways. the flat is perfect for any couple visiting Berlin even with one child. the washing machine was also a bless for our long stay.

This is my 2nd time staying at the West Berlin apartments. The first time was great and the 2nd time just cemented the fact that I will be a recurring customer. This time, I stayed at the apartment on Roscher strasse, which was conveniently located just a 2 minute walk from both the lively Kurfürstendamm and the Adenauerplatz U-bahn. Yuri, the owner, was very professional, personable and accommodating as usual. The flat itself was stylish and had all the amenities needed to complete your stay in comfort. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and I will be returning!

Lovely well set up apartment, very clean and comfortable, ground floor makes for easy access. Very nice people, extremely helpful.. even picked us up, as we got the address wrong!
