This is my 2nd time staying at the West Berlin apartments. The first time was great and the 2nd time just cemented the fact that I will be a recurring customer. This time, I stayed at the apartment on Roscher strasse, which was conveniently located just a 2 minute walk from both the lively Kurfürstendamm and the Adenauerplatz U-bahn. Yuri, the owner, was very professional, personable and accommodating as usual. The flat itself was stylish and had all the amenities needed to complete your sta.
all reviews » Although the apartment has no reception, the owner was very helpful. He came on-time when delivering the key to us and also on the last day when he needed to collect it back. Location is good as it is very near to the metro station bringing you everywhere around Berlin. Room, toliet and kichen were clean. Excellent location,apartment very clean and comfortable,nice well-equipped kitchen,good internet connection.Very friendly people,extremely helpful with all kind of questions during our stay.I would definitely recommend this apartment to other travelers. I didn't realised the 25 Euro cleaning surcharge although it was mentioned in the booking vaucher. I think it is uncommon to pay nearly 50% on top for the cleaning. The price of the room is 79 Euro not 54!. Nothing. Nothing at all. Everything was good. Nothing. nothing. There is no reception desk, so an appointment with the staff is needed to get the keys. For UK residents this is a studio apartment (only one room) not a 1 bedroom 1 sitting room. No matches to light candles.
