The kindness and helpfulness of the staff, the location, the tranquility of the apartment.
Location, heating.
Near to main center on the West of Berlin. In a quite street and walking distance to the Europe Center and the Zoo. The apartment was clean, and managed well.
Bathroom.
The so called family apartment was booked for 4 people as advertised. But, with a 20 square meter space and a double bed, with sofa bed made things a bit complicated. Had 5 nights of very uncomfortable sleep. The apartment is fit for two, or maximum three people. The kitchen is tiny, and this apartment is a example of squeezing everything in to say it has all the amenities, and making money. Using these amenities is a challenge in itself. all reviews »
