This hotel was exactly what we wanted. Its location was perfect - in a posh street with lots of cafes etc. We particularly liked the little extras for example, free minibar, fruit everyday. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed the breakfast but the highlight was definitely the steam room which we used everyday. A great way to unwind after all that site seeing.

We first stayed at Bleibtreu two years ago on the recommendation of friends who live in Berlin. We enjoyed the location, ambience, services and helpful staff and chose to stay there again on this recent visit.Friendly, efficient staff, excellent breakfast. breakfast was excellent, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and the atmosphere in the hotel was relaxed but stylish.Really lovely and good feeling hotel.greay breakfasts. Nice reception areas, friendly staff and nice breakfast.When booking the hotel, the offer indicated that we would have a room that catered for 4 people. This did not happen - our room was for 2 (quite small).Rooms rather small. I would have preferred a bath tub to a shower, though I did not specify this on booking.Rooms are too small with a terrible decoration.

Make sure to try out the Bleibtreus imaginative range of cuisine. The Deli 31 brings a touch of New York to the Bleibtreustrasse. Burgers, fries, salads, bagels, sandwiches, and weekly specials are prepared right before your eyes in the open-plan kitchen. Great attention is paid to the quality of all ingredients. The wines mostly come from local vineyards while the meat is sourced from organic farms. Each morning, you can look forward to a comprehensive breakfast buffet. The Bleibtreu also offers an à la carte breakfast from 08:00 until 22:00. A generous selection of coffee specialities and freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices are available at the Espressobar 31.

The Bleibtreu successfully blends historic charm with avant-garde design, natural materials, and state-of-the-art amenities. Conceived by the Berlin designer Herbert Jakob Weinand, the hotel décor features individually designed pieces of furniture, light colours and high-quality textiles, including terrazzo and mosaics from Italy.

The Bleibtreu’s generously equipped rooms feature ISDN access, wireless telephones, and free minibars. A remote control enables you to control the lighting in your room. Most of the furnishings are made from untreated oak, while the carpeting is made from high-quality wool. The furniture handles feature semi-precious stones and were hand-made in Germany and Italy, exclusively for the hotel. Only untreated materials have been used. One floor is reserved for non-smokers, and there are several rooms for guests with disabilities.

From the AVUS (A115) motorway, transfer to the A100 motorway at the Funkturm tower. Exit the A100 at Kurfürstendamm. When you reach the Rathenauplatz square, turn left onto the Kurfürstendamm boulevard. Turn right onto the Bleibtreustrasse.
