The rooms are mini apartments with kitchen, dishwasher, sink, over/microwave, and various utensils. The hotel is just a block from the main shopping street and 2 blocks from the S7/S5/S75 line and 2 blocks from the U1 lines so it's really convenient. The 1st floor has a nice lounge like area where you can hang out if you'd like to. A gym and laundry facilities are available as well. It was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. It was fairly close to shops in town, but at least 10mins walk to the nearest train station. Location was quiet and we felt very safe. No access to public, which was good and safe. Kids enjoyed it. Staff were very helpfull 24/7. Will visit again.
all reviews » The apartment had all I needed for making some easier meals. It`s not directly on the Lietzenburger street, another hotel is facing the street so no disturbance from the traffic. This means good relaxation during the nights. Pretty close to everything. Nice and safe neighborhood. Very good location - near the city center, but quiet place inside the building, only 2 minutes to Kurfursterdamm. All sights are within walking distance. Miodern design, clear, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Nice breakfast.The hotel seemed to be quite new and was looking very pleasent and clean. The room was comfortable and well functioning. The personnal was extremely friendly and helpful. The situation was also for our purpose good. The hotel is quiet, we could hear birds chirping in the yard all the time. Well situated close to Berlin's main shopping street, with several supermarkets nearby. The staff were helpful. Fast wifi connection. The facilities were excellent. Location. The internet worked but had some minor issues. Distance to train station, which was difficult with young kids. No cleaning was done while we were there, for 5 days, we had to clean using Hoover and brush and dust pans provided in apartment. Sheets were also not changed. We had to empty bins, cos with young kids our bins were full daily. Its not a good idead to have to pay to get cleaning done/sheets changed. Despite all these, it was a lovely apartment and experience. and will use again. Clearning service's rules are very strange: if you live 1-3 days - cleaning every day; if you live 4 days or more - no clearning at all or for charge. The only a little bit negative was the bed which eas not so comfortable to sleep: the mattress was not of e very high standard, and I missed also another thin blanket (mature couple..., heat). It's an apartment hotel with special cleaning arrangements. With our 9 overnights' stay we were supposed to get our room cleaned and bedsheets changed on the 5th day. Didn't happen. Neither was the room made up on the next day. Later we received an apology from the management. The only thing we did not like - no Russian language TV channel. I liked everything, we stayed for 5 nights and cleaning was not included. I think a Microcloth for the bathroom would be good so that we could clean the sink, and toilet cleaning material. In the kitchen to have sachets of salt, pepper and sugar would be helpful. The only topic of discontent refers to cleaning rules. It is illogical for short periods of time (1-2-3 days daily) and no cleaning for those staying 4, 5, 6 or even seven days. wifi didn't always work. The AC and dishwasher would not run while you were away. It was a minor inconvenience. Very poor soundproofing, tough mattress. The breakfast in this hotel is not the money worth, but you have your own kitchen in the room and you can make a better breakfast yourself. Pillows too small and onlyvone per person. roomservice not between stay of 4 and 8 days at all. No cleaning in the room. Spent 5 days there, and no cleaning. If i just were to stay in 1-3 days, then you'll get one cleaning during your stay, but 5 days, you get none. How is that logical.??. Pillows could have been better: fluffier. Poor matrss and pilows In advance we mentioned that around 3 pm we will be for check in ,but the room was not ready!!!!???. Cleaning not every day !. hard to find, extra cleaning service. Nothing. nothing. room wasn't clean, the room maid only folds your blanket during the stay(5nights) it was. cleaning of the room. No cleaning what so ever - not even clean towels - over our 4-nights stay.
