This is the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to Paris. I loved it. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are definitely worth the price in size and amenities.Excellent location for our flight departure early morning, good sized room, very quiet and great amenities. It was so close to the airport and train station to be able to go to Paris city easily.

Location is very good for people staying overnight between flights. Convenient location and reasonable price.Access to airport. Close to Airport. I chose the Novotel due to the convenient location and 24 hour check in and I'm so glad I did!. We stayed at this hotel after returning from Spain, the night before our return flight home. The proximity to Paris CDG airport and the ease of getting to the airport made this the perfect hotel.Easy to find, very very convenient for airport as right on metro line to all terminals, room was comfortable and quiet, provided a cot for my baby, room service was good, staff efficient.The hotel was excellent, mainly because it was new. We would have liked to have stayed a few more days! The CDG shuttle to the terminals was also excellent.Excellent food at restaurant. A;tjough the rooms have wifi access it would be nice to have a computer (or a few) in the lobby for customers to use who have not got their laptops with them.No food service after midnight. We went without dinner because there is no restaurant nearby either!. the bar closed too early. price of food. no batteries at the remote control of the tv. i had to wait for 20 minutes for someone to come and change them.Couple of things - asked for an extra blanket - did not get till the 3rd day.On the wkend (one day) the room was not cleaned properly. Sometimes the reception was too busy to answer our phones.Far too expensive for the room. A glass of beer isn't worth nearly 8 euros unless you are as thirsty as i was after a long flight. I am a regular customer now.I have stayed already for 2 trips and plan to stay more since I fly to paris 12 times in a year .Is there any special consideration for regular customer like membership etc?. the prices are like everywhere at CDG Airport incredibly high.Some Staff rude at reception,very high price at the restaurant. 1. The front desk staff not friendly. 2. Wifi in the room not stable, frequence disconnected itself. 3. The food in the restaurant have to improve. and the officer on duty not friendly.
