everything was perfect. Very clean, very spacious room and bathroom, nice staff, good services, the shuttle to airport was gone and they gave us a special shuttle just for us. I have already recommended this hotel to friends.Since I travel in a wheelchair, they made special arrangements for shuttling me to the airport at no charge. Without asking, they placed us in a handicapped-capable room. The front desk people are excellent.

Convenient location near Roissy CDG Airport, free shuttle bus to the terminals, excellent breakfast.Proximity to the airport, very quiet, very confortable. The mattresses were a bit lumpy and the lighting in the room was terrible in terms of usefulness. Almost needed a flashlight sometimes to see into the suitcases. If one moves anything in the minibar for any reason, it reports to the desk and the issue has to be dealt with at checkout, even if nothing was consumed.No flannels and no dressing gown. I found nothing to clean my shoes in the room. It look a little bit old.Not all the lights worked. Eletric kettle and one cup for two people and no coffee or tea to make a drink. Food is expensive compared to other hotels but it was tasty. A friend stayed at Hilton walk -in rate Euro250 (tax incl) for a smallroom in April but I paid Euro337 (tax incl) for a large room on theirexec floor (there were no other choice on this website). We comparedphotos and decided my room was more luxurious. But for 1 nite stay that isexpensive as hotel was not full and breakfast not incl. I recommend ppl toconsider hotels 2 mins away such as Ibis. Pillows were too hard for my comfort. It would be nice to have had at least one softer pillow.Bar tender was overwhelmed by totaling checks for dining room, rather than waiting on those in bar area.the breakfirst service in the restaurant wasnt realy good. they seemed to be a little bit overstrained. no coffee, no chocolate, we had to ask several times for everything. one dustbin in the room. Price was high. One soap given per day and there were 2 of us.room was not ready at checking in, smell of kerozene in the room. Distance to the airport. they did not have our booking and did not really think we had one. Secon time this has happened here.
