  Our hosts Nadege and Franck were fantastic,so hospitable, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious,beautifully kept and ensuite facilities superb.   We were well treated and the owner, Regis Audouin, went out of his way to assist us with the hotel, parking, and other accommodations. Very kind and helpful. - Friendly service, nice rooms and superb location.

  It was great from start to finish, the owners were very friendly and helped us book a gorgeous meal at the nearby Gambetta restaurant. - The Chateau is absolutely beautiful. The owners, family and all staff werevery friendly and helpful.

  It is very special to be able to stay at the stunning Chateau des Briottieres which has a great personal feel because the owner, M. de Valbray and his family are the sixth generation to still live there. The chateau and its out buildings are beautifully decorated and well maintained on a glorious piece of parklike property. I only wish that we ha... what people say » d been able to stay longer to enjoy the property. Be sure to stay for dinner. There are many chateaux and sites to visit in the area. - A beautiful castle with nice grounds. The family owners are actively engaged in the running of the house. We had dinner in the evening with good food and wine. Breakfast was pleasant with delicious homemade jam. The main house had two sitting rooms open to guests (one with a log fire) and a library with billiard table. Our room was in the Orangerie, which also had a comfortable, communal seating area. We borrowed bicycles and explored the grounds.

  Gite was very nice inside; well appointed and spacious. Has a shared indoor pool and table tennis table. Owners friendly enogh to us, although this was hit and miss with other guests and they do speak good English.
