  The staff were very good. The Hotel accepted dogs without a supplement or a stupid (Campanile this is you) 10kg size limit. This was a basic, clean stop with friendly staff. - Every thing was fine, food was good value, staff were helpful and could speak a bit English which helped.

The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating and they even allowed me to use their printer to print an important document that I needed that day.   The owner Elisabeth is very helpful and friendly. She is the best person to meet the needs of any pilgrim in Lourdes. The room is not big but very comfortable and the best of all, there is a chapel in this B&B. There are lots of information leaflets and pamphlets too.   The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains. The bathroom and bath towels were also spotlessly clean. We arrived at 1 a.m. due to train delay and hotel staff Crystal was kind enough to come and check us in. The hotel is close the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the Sanctuaries. There is a bus stop nearby.

  I found out that Lourdes is the second city in France in number of offered beds, just after Paris. And of all this choice, this is a perfect hotel to be on a visit to Lourdes. Near everything, yet quiet, great welcoming staff, and you get a hand to find a spot for your car. Clean rooms and fast free WiFi, outstanding staff. If you are driving, forget the GPS, they keep changing one way streets and it can - Excellant location, only 10mins max (slow walk) to the sanctuary, thus, providing a tinge of quietness. Its near but not too near like just opposite the sanctuary kinda near. Excellant service from all reception staffs. Very helpful. Reception staffs being able to speak and understand english relatively well. English speaking travellers will have no problem in communicating with them. Very good and pleasant experience while at Helgon Hotel. Will def make Helgon my choice of hotel should i vi

Beautiful views from the mountains and an old but well preserved church. The owners were very friendly and informed us with what was around and things we could do that helped us to decide and plan the day very easily. Nice and varied breakfast too.
