  The hotel is lovely. We were in a "grand chambre" with views of the Pyrennes. It was spacious and quiet, separated from main hotel building across a lovely courtyard. Our building had a leisure room with pool table, so we played some games while drinking great wine before dinner.   The staff were very good. The Hotel accepted dogs without a supplement or a stupid (Campanile this is you) 10kg size limit. This was a basic, clean stop with friendly staff. - Every thing was fine, food was good value, staff were helpful and could speak a bit English which helped.

  The rooms are ok - but not the biggest.. ;-) The location is near the "main street" in Lourdes. "La Grotte" is 800m away - but you can walk through a street full of restaurants, pubs, ice bars, etc. - friendly and well-mannered staff. efficient and hazzle free check in and out.A pleasing stay.

The hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating and they even allowed me to use their printer to print an important document that I needed that day.   The location is absolutely perfect being only 10 mins walk from the Grotto but far enough away to be quiet and in direct view of the snow clad Pyrenees mountains. The hotel rooms were big, clean and just-recently renovated. Breakfast and dinner were good reasonably priced. Dog-friendly. Free parking in the areas around the hotel. For the price we paid, an excellent value-for-your-money.

  An excellent room with a lot of space and superior fittings. The underground parking was a real bonus because of the rain. - Wow what a hotel! Everything is so modern we just loved everything about it. Everything was so clean (even the painted garage floor).

  The location of this hotel is closer to the centre of the town but the basilica, which I think is quite good because everything is slightly cheaper compare to that side. The hotel locates on a small hill so you'll feel safe if there's flood, on the other hand, it takes some effort to move around. Staff are so friendly and always willing to help! The bathroom and bath towels were also spotlessly clean. We arrived at 1 a.m. due to train delay and hotel staff Crystal was kind enough to come and check us in. The hotel is close the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the Sanctuaries. There is a bus stop nearby.
