  Staff were excellent. Hotel had a great location as well. Fridge didn't work in our room, however on the second night, they upgraded us to a premium room - with a working fridge. Wife can't have room temperature wine, after all! - Gréât location to visit city, rooms are very clean . Staff are very helpful and friendly.

  We stayed in a petite room which is typical for Paris but the bathroom was huge. The service was the best l have experienced in all my years of visiting Paris.   Hotel is in excellent condition.Staff is really helpful and speak english fluently. Room is comfortable and spacios. Decor in the room is modern, minibar is refilled daily. Food from the hotel restaurant is amazing. Check in is at 3PM but the room was ready at noon and the - The service was exceptional - particularly the front desk / door staff and the bar service staff and the girl working in the bar - great service. The greeting on the door was friendly. The room was perfect and spacious. The room cleaning service was excellent - everything left fresh and clean. The bed and linen was beautiful. The soft boiled eggs at breakfast were cooked perfectly but could have been served on toast with bacon and grilled tomato. The shower was wonderful. We ad a wonderful stay

  A great location. Relaxed atmosphere and spotlessly clean. Air conditioning controlled within the room was much appreciated! (I clicked excellent value for money above - this was because we got a good deal. I'm not sure I would have clicked that button if we had paid the price stated on the room information in the hotel! - But then perhaps that... what people say » is because I don't often stay in 4star hotels!) - The situation (between La Madeleine and Galeries Lafayette, nearly Place Vendôme) was really appreciated. The infrastructure (Japanese trend) of the Hotel and the staff service was exactly in line with what we were searching for and what we could expect of a 4 star hotel.
