The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The location of the hotel is great. It's a block or so off the Champ Elysees. There's a Metro station nearby, and most attractions are within walking distance. The room was nice and clean. It was larger than I expected after reading some reviews. I originally thought the breakfast fee was a little high, but it's actually in line with the area.

But everything else was excellent about the hotel.The air conditioning was not working and the double bed was too small for 2 adults. The rooms facing the road had too much noise too early in the morning. No working internet connection. no one to help us with our luggage. It was undergoing repairs in some rooms / floors.No one to take the luggage to our rooms also bathroom is separate thanthe shower. Room was a bit small for 2 adults and 2 children.furniture was old and out dated, rooms smelt like cigarrettes, no ironing board available at all, tv didn't work.
