A great location. Relaxed atmosphere and spotlessly clean. Air conditioning controlled within the room was much appreciated! (I clicked excellent value for money above - this was because we got a good deal. I'm not sure I would have clicked that button if we had paid the price stated on the room information in the hotel! - But then perhaps that is because I don't often stay in 4star hotels!).

The situation (between La Madeleine and Galeries Lafayette, nearly Place Vendôme) was really appreciated. The infrastructure (Japanese trend) of the Hotel and the staff service was exactly in line with what we were searching for and what we could expect of a 4 star hotel.The accessibility of the staff at all times to help in any way they could. We showed a couple hours before check-in time...Very nice fully renovated hotel at excellent location.Friendly and helpful staff; nicely renovated rooms. It would have been nice to have a bath tub, but it was not a big problem for us.Metro runs under the hotel and is a constant noise, hotel smelled of paint during renovations.At arrival I was informed that they only have one standard room in each floor, and so very small percentage of rooms. Should inform that classic rooms are all turned to internal stairs.There is no boiler water in the room. The door seals weren't tight enough so everytime you took a shower the water leaked into the bathroom floor. There was no drain so the only way to remove the water was to use the bath mat and towels to wipe it dry.The price of Breakfast served in the room 25EUR for a tiny breakfast...Room could be a little bigger. Value for money was poor. Far too expensive for what you get and general quality of facilities.No breakfast included in price. Use of Internet way too expensive.the toilet is too small, no space around. Breakfast was extremely expensive - but many other hotels charge this for breakfast anyway - don't bother and get a formule petit déj. somewhere else.Shower booth has no door...after showred, floor became always drenched. This is only disadvantage of this hotel.I had to pay a 30 euro per night supplement to get what I had booked.Toilet next the hotel and the perron not so kind.
