  A great location. Relaxed atmosphere and spotlessly clean. Air conditioning controlled within the room was much appreciated! (I clicked excellent value for money above - this was because we got a good deal. I'm not sure I would have clicked that button if we had paid the price stated on the room information in the hotel! - But then perhaps that... what people say » is because I don't often stay in 4star hotels!) - The situation (between La Madeleine and Galeries Lafayette, nearly Place Vendôme) was really appreciated. The infrastructure (Japanese trend) of the Hotel and the staff service was exactly in line with what we were searching for and what we could expect of a 4 star hotel.

  Hotel is in excellent condition.Staff is really helpful and speak english fluently. Room is comfortable and spacios. Decor in the room is modern, minibar is refilled daily. Food from the hotel restaurant is amazing. Location is so good that you can go on foot where ever you want to in the centre, Champs E. is just around the corner but it is not n... what people say » oisy in the room, and the metro is just around the corner. Will definitely stay there again. Check in is at 3PM but the room was ready at noon and the - The service was exceptional - particularly the front desk / door staff and the bar service staff and the girl working in the bar - great service. The greeting on the door was friendly. The room was perfect and spacious. The room cleaning service was excellent - everything left fresh and clean. The bed and linen was beautiful. The soft boiled eggs at breakfast were cooked perfectly but could have been served on toast with bacon and grilled tomato. The shower was wonderful. We ad a wonderful stay

  the staff was very nice...eventhough i was very picky they were very hejpful and especially isabelle who was excellent and very professional. - Very helpful staff. Not fancy, but clean and nice; bathroom was adapted to satisfy American tastes. Good value.

  Great location, Hotel seems to be recently renovated - Very clean, Friendly staff (who speaks English). All in all - A very good experience, Great value for money (I paid 112 euro per night for a twin room, including breakfast - which was quite good actually) - Location of the Hotel is really good for city tourists.   We stayed in a petite room which is typical for Paris but the bathroom was huge. The service was the best l have experienced in all my years of visiting Paris. The Location was incredible as you are right near Fauchon and all the key tourist destinations and best shops - It was very well located, 3 min walk from Madeleine and 7 min walk fromOpera. ... what people say » The staff was very nice and friendly.
