  Location was great, just a couple of minutes from metro station. The room was spacious and well lit, clean and cosy. However it was a little cold (I stayed there in March). The personnel spoke English and was very friendly. Very good price/quality. Would definitely stay there again. - friendly helpfull staff and the location, nice part of paris

The young gentleman gave us the room from early morning rather than going bac - I had a very nice 3-night stay. The staff is super-friendly and helpful, letting early-arriving guests park their bags well before the official check-in time (wish i'd known that!). Breakfast is good, and the service staff is attentive and generous, refilling coffee, etc. It's located at the southern edge of the city, in Montparnasse, a bit far away from the best-known parts of the city, but the metro is steps away from the hotel, and there's a Carrefours (supermarket) just 5-minutes away by fo

Hotel reception staff very helpful. i thought breakfast was plentiful, and good value for money at a special price of 6.95 euro (it had been advertised online as 10 euro which was still ok.). the room and common areas were very clean. best of all was the supportive bed for a problematic back.

  Excellent English speaking staff and the hotel is very centrally located. As is typical of Parisian hotels in this category, the rooms are small and the breakfasts are overpriced. Don't despair, some of the best bakeries in Paris are all within a two block radius of the hotel and McDonald, if you can handle it, is right next door.   It was an excellent hotel in a great location. It was nicely done out but a little bit cute and kooky (with the china cats and the goldfish). It had more character than bigger chain hotels.   This is a small hotel and the rooms are very small. As a family of 4, we had to take turns walking through the room. That being said, though, everything about our stay here was perfect.
