Have previously stayed at this hotel, which was why we came back. Staff extremely polite and helpful, hotel clean and well situated for my need during the stay. The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful with ticket bookings etc. There was always someone at reception including late in the evening.
We were booked into a superior double but were upgraded into a junior suite so the room for our budget was great. We had a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower which was an unexpected treat!

The Passy area was interesting with many pleasant places to eat and an interesting back street/market. Also easily accesible to Metro - We had many restaurants to pick from. We were a 10 minute walk to the Eifel Tower. Very cenrrally locared. Safe neighborhood.

On arrival we were given an upgrade and it really made our stay extra special. The decor of the hotel is fantastic. The staff are highly professional and could not do enough for us during in our stay. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Wonderful greatly designed hotel with special atmosphere. We really apprecciated that hotel upgraded our suite to penthouse pavillion - exceptional 3-floor separatle standing building with great spa area inside. Service is great and professional, also consierge service. We liked that hotel being in the center is standing in a quite place. This hotel is for pleasure, relax, good mood.
