Excellent Location.metro Staion 5 minutes walk.Eiffel Tower 10 minutes walk.Quiet area. Although from outside it is not something special, room was excellent (big, clean, Renewed) I definately recommend this hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. Staff were also excellent.The area where the hotel is located is a quiet and beautiful area. It is located close to a lot of stores, a small mall, many restaurants, and it is also close a metro station which made exploring Paris very easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved staying there and really did not want to leave.
all reviews » Perfect location, amazing value for money!. The room we had requested was not avaiilable when we arrived, however the reception clerk upgraded us to another room. Then no bedding was available for the childrens bed and again this same person went out of his way to sort us out. Very helpful person. Very nice area of the city. Very nice style to the rooms. A very kind cafe owner actually gave us one for free out of pity. The elevator is tiny. With luggage you have to go up one at a time! We got some excersise using the stairs to the fifth floor. Our room was left open and unlocked by the maid service. If you don't want your room cleaned you must tell the concierge or they will do it anyway. Breakfast was inconsistent. Some days would have certain things and some days not.I would have liked a shower curtain. Room was very small but comfortable. Intermediate door to the neigbouring room was not sound-insulated at all.Since, there was a door between my room and the next room the noises transfered easily from the other room to mine and vise versa. So, I didn't feel enough privacy. The hotel is hard to be found. It took us 2 hours to find it. But room is nice.The parking place will be close at 10pm.Parking not too easy, but can be expecte in Paris. Was cold. Below the room I was staying in, where the front sliding doors which did make a racket all night when opening and closing. The breakfast of 20 euro was absolutely overpriced for what is offered. Also, the staff was shocking when asked to deal with a fault - no hot water in rooms. I'm still waiting for them to fix the problem!. Nonavailability of basics like a tea kettle and drinking water. elevator is too narrow. They didn't clean my room one of the days I was there. Depending on the day, I paid a rate ranging from 120 to 165 EUR. I think the rate should not increase so much from one day to another (roughly 50%) just because of demand. there was almost nothing to eat for breakfest, the stuff wasn´t well organised. The room smelled of paint and the television did not work. Only one staff member on duty, no coffee/tea making facility in room,complimentary drink service slow due to lack of staff. One thing I don't like is that you can hear different voices fromneighbours,the other thing is that we 've stayed there for 3 days,thestaff even did not refill the toilet tissue. Very far from everything, difficult parkingsmall rooms. The first room we were put in was very small the size of a double bed and the shower did not work we complained but nothing was done that evening so we had to wash in sink and then after complaining for the second time they moved us. The breakfast was very poor for 20 euro we only had breakfast the first morning and then we had to find it elsewhere which was half the price. The staff were not helpful they would not open the bar at 11pm The Reception area was freezing cold and so was the seating area off rhe reception. Well, First the Lift is so small and Literally 1 person can fit in, so imagine if u got 4 luggage you have to take your stuff up by urself 4 times and it's really a pain when the lift is not in use and your are given a room on the 5th floor. Second, the A/C didnt work in any of the rooms we occupied. Third, 2 of the rooms didnt have Hot water in the bathroom for shower. I dont recommend it at all. The heating in my first room was broken, as it was -2 degrees we asked to be moved, 5 hours after informing reception we were moved to a new room that was at best luke warm. There was no hot water available in either room it was a disgrace. After numerous complaints to the unhelpfull receptionist we were told why are you asking me and there was no sign of the manager when we asked to speak to him.It took me 1 hour of waiting to check-in due to inefficiancy and only 1staff at counter in busy afternoon. The location is not convenient totourist spots except 15min walk to Eiffel Tower. Other than that, it isreally far end from everywhere - city and other attractions. Breakfastis expensive. Yes: 1) the room was cold, the heating system didn't work and it was replaced by the staff with an electric heater that made a lot of noise during the night. 2) the concierge on my departure date was extremely rude and arrogant, he was unhelpful in finding a taxi and for this reason I missed the train and had to buy new train tickets.
