The staff were really excellent - incredibly friendly and approachable,
and helpful in every way. Really lovely people who were doing their best
to help and make sure you had the most comfortable stay. Cannot
recommend them enough. The hotel itself is a little on the small side,
but the location is excellent and close to Metro, sightseeing, shopping,
etc. Minibar (non-alcoholic) was also included in the room cost. I hope
I get to return there some day, I really enjoyed myself.

A super place to stay if you like Bastille and Marais. And the appartment was perfect for my daughter and I. We have used this hotel 6 times! And the staff is very helpful - Very clean, homelike room with kitchen facilities, close to the metro station and to all attractions in Marais area. Would come again.

Some of the staff may not speak fluent English, but were all courteous, friendly and helpful. They even have a first aid kit for us when my wife fell down when we were out and had to nurse her wound back at the hotel. Breakfast was generous. The hotel is well located for a visitor, nice neighborhood, grocery stores, restaurants, open air markets, banking, laundromats, nearby.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and all spoke English. It was right next to the metro station and on the main metro line - very easy to travel anywhere. The price was very inexpensive for Paris, and the rooms were very clean, modern, spacious, etc. It is in Bastille, and it is a very exciting part of town. There are lots of places to eat. -

The staff were really helpful and were happy to put our stroller in the cloak room each night so we didn't have to struggle with it in the tiny elevator. Also we had left a small item behind and they were happy to post it back to us.
